During his recent visit, my dad introduced us to the radish sandwich. It's now our favorite Saturday afternoon lunch.
Butter both sides of a sliced baguette with real butter, softened. Add radish greens that have been tossed in a white wine viniagrette and then pile on thinly sliced fresh radishes. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
Enjoy! It's delicious.
i <3 radish! my dad grows it in his vegetable garden in Italy, I can't wait to go back! (and for many other reasons then radish, of course!!!)
