Last night I made a zucchini tart from the "Tart" cookbook that Kristina gave me for Christmas in 2004. This recipe called for grated yellow zucchini, but I used green zucchini instead and also added diced ham and monterrey jack cheese. It turned out absolutely delicious...surely not because of the 1 1/2 sticks of butter and 2/3 cup heavy cream that were also included. : )
